Crucified Bodybuilder revisits the traditional object of the crucifix. Christ is replaced by a bodybuilder, 3D printed in smoothed white ASA treated with acetone. As for the cross, it is transformed into a triangular mirror. The inverted triangle, a symbol sometimes associated with masculinity, not only echoes the Holy Trinity but also reflects the geometric aesthetic that I have developed in other pieces. The mirror, an essential element of gyms, gives the object its function.
